He gives me in-depth instructions on how the system worked and let me test the remote control until I was happy, I am very happy with the service I received and the air conditioning that was recommended is fantastic. Ice cold in the summer. Hot in the winter.

Mitch was a pleasure to deal with. Unfailingly courteous, and superb communication. Very accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. I work from home, and Mitch was very good about working in different rooms in accordance with my work schedule. There were supply problems at his end (NOT Mitch’s fault – blame COVID) which meant some delays, but I was kept fully updated every step of the way, and always knew exactly what was going on. For a barrister to be unable to fault Mitch’s work, he has done very well! Reasonable pricing, good product, courteous, and helpful.

Work was completed over 2 weekends so as not to disturb our daily business routine. Work was done exactly as quoted, done within the time quoted. Excellent job. Mitchell has a great work ethic and is very proud of his work. Timely, tidy, and above all honest, I will use him again and would recommend him to anyone who intends to have air con in their house or office. Mitchell fitted a Samsung unit in my garden office for me which does both hot and cold; you would hardly know it was on! Very very pleased!

I contacted ML Air Conditioning to see if it was possible to fit into my house as it’s a chalet bungalow with awkward ceilings and walls. He came to check and all was ok, we could get it fitted. Then we picked the unit, a floor-mounted unit rather than on the wall. Great service from the 1st contact all the way through.
